We've stayed at this Sheraton for the past 4 years for an annual event. This was our best experience. Everything from check-in to check-out went perfectly. All the staff were courteous and professional. The new coffee shop was great, as well as most of the other amenities. The only negative of the entire stay was the wifi was overburdened by guests and we could never connect. We just continued to use our mobile service and didn't worry about it. Again this was our best experience in 4 years and we highly recommend this Sheraton. I'm not sure how much they can improve, but I hope they keep striving for perfection!

I'm planning my wedding here and they have been EXCEPTIONAL. The staff, the food and the service has been amazing. I would highly recommend booking your event here.

The front desk folks were literally the nicest front desk people I've ever encountered. My room was amazing. Bed and bedding was so cozy and comfy. The room service food was great as well. Made me feel very welcome!

The Sheraton Baltimore North is clean, has comfortable rooms, and it is located next to the the Towson Shopping Center in Maryland. You can walk directly over to the mall via skybridge. It's convenient for shopping, it's rates, and the staff is efficient. I wanted a microwave at one point and couldn't find one, but made do. I will say that this is not the hotel you want to stay at if you didn't drive and have an interest in spending your time in central Baltimore or get back to the airport because the rides via taxi or ride share will be expensive. Otherwise, I had a great stay and can definitely recommend.

Good venue for corporate events. Staff is very accommodating. There's an on-site bar and restaurant. They will validate your parking as well.
