Hyatt Place Baltimore/BWI Airport

I stayed at this hotel last night and there are tons of problems with the staff. The African American lady who checked me in on the night shift on 5/5/18 was very friendly. However the next morning when I checked out at 3:00pm the two lady’s working behind the desk were incredible rude and should not be working in hospitality. When I checked in the night before two rooms were not made up so when they finally found a room for me I went to bed. The alarm went off at 4 in the morning. The hotel staff should really check the alarms to make sure they are not set. There was also stains on the pillows. When I checked out the two ladies behind the desk, one African American and the other way more rude lady (old white lady with white hair) did not apologize for any of the problems. I hope the white haired lady really considers finding a different job that she enjoys. Not happy.

This location is yet another example of why Hyatt can’t be beat, ESPECIALLY in the 3-star category. The decor is modern and gorgeous. The rooms are huge and furnished smartly. The service manages to feel casual and down to earth while maintaining Hyatt’s high standards. Kat was particularly helpful and friendly at the front desk. The airport shuttles runs every 30 minutes 24 hours a day. The free hot breakfast from a Hyatt Place never disappoints. Staying anywhere else in the area would be to throw money away.

Spent our last night here and wasn’t disappointed at all. It was snowing outside and I had to drop off the car rental at the airport.. I call Hyatt Place and they arrange the driver to come and pick me up. Great service and attitude. The room was comfy as always and spacious. My only negative was they gave us the bottom floor and was pretty loud at night and also the continental breakfast wasn’t the same standard as other Hyatt Place or House.

The World of Hyatt points program is my favorite as free nights are earned quickly. This weekend was a last minute opportunity and I was able to take advantage of my points to book two free nights. The hotel is conveniently located near airport for what always seems to be early morning flights for me. I appreciate the consistency in level of cleanliness and service at each Hyatt I stay at.

Great experience. Staff was very professional. Our room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will be visiting and staying here again.
