Aloft Arundel Mills BWI Airport

We made our reservation online and received a confirmation email this it was booked. Upon arrival, they tried to tell us we were at the wrong hotel and they had no reservation. Once that got sorted out, they gave us a room with wet floor that smelt like mildew. Then they switched us to another room and the phone didn't work and the bathroom sink didn't drain well. Breakfast was equally horrible because they don't deliver it to your room nor do they honor the time you request. I went down at 7:15a to pick up food that was suppose to be ready at 7a. I had to wait until 7:30a for the food. Skip this hotel and save your money to spend at the casino nearby. It's overly rated and pricey with sorry customer service and rooms that don't have microwaves.

If you're looking for a home away from home but, better Aloft is the place to stay. From check-in to check-out, everything was done smoothly and effortlessly. They have a pretty good breakfast menu as well as finger foods, small plates, xomdoet food and drinks. I'll definitely be staying there again!

The hotel is nice, however, the age of the hotel is starting to show. While the rooms are nice and relatively comfortable there are minor maintenance issues that detract from the overall experience. The location makes up for the downsides though. I'd consider staying here again, but the competition in the immediate area makes the rate harder to swallow.

Definitely a good hotel to stay in, I try to book it each time I come in town. Centrally located close to night life and tourist attractions. The manager was very helpful and ensured my stay went well.

Cleanliness is not even in acceptable range. Phone not working, had to call from outside to reach the front desk. Reason I called - no remote control in the room. 2nd star for a nice setup in the room. Great design, service not so much.
