Hampton Inn & Suites Arundel Mills/Baltimore

The 5-star rating is mainly because of the pleasant staff. They seemed to enjoy what they do and were very helpful. Otherwise it was a hotel. You usually get what you pay for. You know how hotel pricing is by now. I felt clean and didn't find anything gross. That's worth 5 stars to me.

We called for a room from the Ramada Inn. Hampton Inn said come on over we have fresh sheets and a clean room waiting for you which was music to my ears. My friends and I arrived we were quoted a different price and Delisha was so pleasant and thoughtful. She worked it out and honored the quoted price. We went to our room it was beautiful but a single bed and we called to say it was supposed to be a double. Again Delisha to the rescue. She came up and took us to a different room. It was gorgeous. We were offer fresh baked cookies and a bag of bottled water. All throughout our visit we were treated so warmly. The breakfast was delicious and it was a wonderful stay.

I have OCD and it's so crippling that i have to bring an air mattress because I am unable to sleep in beds that don't belong to me. Scheduling this last vacation for me was damn near impossible because of the availability of reviews online for all the hotels because everyone always seems to have one or two bad reviews. That being said when I went to the Hampton Inn & Suites in Hanover Maryland I was so scared to relax but being in the room after 5 minutes I knew my worries were for nothing. The room was a queen non-smoking two beds a desk a TV a bathroom. It was clean it was kept it smelled good there was constant availability for towels 4 sheets or pillows if you needed them. The shower the bathroom the floor all extremely clean and most of all the security that I felt in the cleanliness of that hotel mattress made the whole vacation so much better. (bye bye air mattress!!) If you struggle with OCD then you know how tough it can be but this hotel put all my fears to rest. Not to mention that I had a late check-in and they worked with me on that. Patricia at the front desk was so friendly and so helpful and so was the rest of the staff I just don't know their names. There was a coffee station available 24/7 in the lobby which by the way offered free continental breakfast every morning and it wasn't just cereal we're talkin omelettes make your own waffles sausage bacon you name it. The furnishings we're completely modern and my boyfriend and I got to watch the news while we ate breakfast together. Check out was simple easy and was at noon which I really liked. We were there five nights and we stayed on the highway side there was absolutely no noise from the highway and no noise from the other rooms around us and they were occupied so I felt very happy about that because that can be awkward. We watched a movie one night and then another night we took the shuttle to the casino and they brought us back that was all very prompt and efficient. Housekeeping was diligent and consistent even though we didn't really use them much they were always available and visible in case we needed anything daily. They gave us free silverware when we dined in our room and we could happily put our leftovers in the refrigerator in our room as well as warm them up in the microwave that was also in our room. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the accommodations provided by this hotel and if you are looking 4 a clean efficient client friendly place to stay in Hanover or near the airport this is the jewel in the area. I highly recommend this hotel and thank you to all the staff that made it such a great experience!

Great and safe location, friendly staff, quick service, rooms kept very clean. Overall great place to stay.
