Holiday Inn Baltimore BWI Airport

We chose the holiday inn because we always try to stay with them. The front desk was very helpful and friendly, they even let my 4 year old help out. The rooms were nice and big, along with the bathroom. Can't comment on anything else because we literally just slept there. But the shower was nice.

I had reservations for two nights. My flight was delayed. When I finally reached Baltimore, the man in the shuttle told me my room was not held for me. I was taken to a Comfort Inn. I am in the rewards club. I appreciate another hotel to go to, but it was of lesser quality and I had to contact my ride the next day. Sorry, but this is not how you treat customers with reservations NOT through a third party!

This hotel has the best price in the area for a full service hotel. Rooms have been remodeled, bar and restaurant are fairly priced with a decent selection. Parking is is easy and there is a little Italian place to eat right behind the hotel. Staff A +++ Shuttle A++ Rooms A++ - You can spend way more and get a lot less !

Great hotel to stay for the night. Great staff and good complimentary breakfast. The walls are too thin and you can hear the occupants in the adjacent room. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay.

Had some issues during my stay, made them known on exit and management was quick to address. The room was really clean and nice. It was a pretty good value given the proximity to Baltimore.
