Courtyard by Marriott Baltimore BWI Airport

We stayed at this hotel last night so that we could make an early flight. The ladies at the front desk and the Bistro were fantastic and went above and beyond pertaining to an issue I had with the computer. Additionally, the manager (who was one of the ladies helping me with the computer) also made it possible for us to be driven to the airport a bit earlier then they typically transport. The driver was fantastic! I highly recommend this hotel if you need a shuttle to the airport and an overall fantastic customer service.

Incompetent and rude staff, lousy service. Room didn't have the sheets, blankets, and pillows needed for the pull-out couch. After going down to the front desk--twice--they finally brought just a set of sheets. A further call for pillows was met with "Maybe he couldn't carry it all in one trip." from the front desk. Also experienced problems with the airport shuttle. The number given for the shuttle was unanswered after multiple calls. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport to get back to the hotel.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and it's looks like they went through a recent renovation so everything looks very new and modern. I'll definitely stay here again.

This is one of the original courtyards where there is actually a courtyard...fun. The front and rooms have since been upgraded. Very convenient to the airport. Not too far from downtown, ~15 lyft.

Location is only a 5 minute drive from the airport, which is nice. The provide supper and breakfast at the hotel which is nice. The workers are also all nice and helpful. I also liked the workout room and pool. My only dislike is that they don't have any free water fountains around the place.
