Hilton Garden Inn BWI Airport

Very nice hotel. This location is one of the smallest Hilton Garden I have ever stayed at. Has very clean and spacious rooms. Right off I695 near the airport. Airport shuttle runs regularly. Staff was friendly. Hotel is 5 floors with two slow elevators.

I've stayed here a few times. It's a standard Hilton Garden Inn. Friendly staff nice rooms. It's a great location by the airport and has shuttle. Bar, dinner, and Breakfast. Stayed in a king room which was large with a mini fridge and microwave. TV looked like a newer flat screen. I'd definitely recommend and I choose this hotel over the Hilton BWI.

Staff was helpful, and very accommodating. I wasn't personally happy with the shuttle service radius (2 miles other than airport). To which using a taxi was just the normal thing to use and Uber was available as well. The front desk eased my transportation frustration by allowing me to partake in the breakfast buffet...the food was tasty, but let's be real free good tasting food makes everything better.

This is a Hilton Garden Inn, by definition pretty okay for a one-night stay on the way to somewhere. Jimmie on the night desk was not a huge help (asked us to call back for the shuttle until we had our bags at the baggage claim and then when we called 6 minutes later we waited 30 minutes for them to arrive… also he offered bottles of water on arrival because we're Hilton members but then forgot to give us the bottles). Overall fine. But meh.

To our dismay, we were charged $8 for parking. We have never been charged for and we have stayed here multiple times. This hotel is not in a city therefore has no reason to charge patrons to park. If they are having problems with unauthorized parking, give your hotel guest something to put in there windshield. However, if the problem is allowing guest to store there cars after departure, that should. As far as the rooms, they can be hit or miss. My last room was clean and comfortable but I’ve also has room were the bathroom tiles have been coming up. The pool and gym are nice and clean.
