Best Western Plus BWI Airport North Inn & Suites

Nice location convenient to airport. Room was DIRTY. toenails in floor ,cobwebs everywhere. We notified desk clerk .she was extremely nice and helpful. She gave us a different room which was clean. If I had a car I would have gone to another motel. However, bed was good. And the night was short before flight.

For the price that I paid, I expected a very low budget hotel. Boy was I wrong. The fronted clerk Ms Shambria was phenomenal. I spoke with her previously about checking in early because my flight landed about 3-4 hours prior to check-in. She was very accommodating from the moment I spoke with her on the phone to check-in. The rooms were so nice;I hate I don’t take a picture. My favorite part of the room is that he bathroom. I hate bathrooms that have the sinks inside the bathroom especially when multiple people are staying in the room with me. The bathroom has the toilet and a stand in shower with the sink inside of the room right by the bathroom. It also has a closet ambient which I absolutely loved. Another cool option is that there were connecting rooms which is extremely beneficial is you’re traveling with family members that you want to be near to. Overall, the hotel and service was A+ and I look forward to staying here again. They have a breakfast also; however, I did not partake of due to my flight time the next day.

the front office clerk, Shakiesha was amazing! she went above and beyond for me on a business trip!! She faxed everything over for me and was very friendly.. the entire staff was friendly.. I WILL say, the pillows need to be updated though. why are they so small??

Worst worst worst experience ever!!! From the start, they could not check us in after 3 or 4pm. Then while on the 5th floor the whole floor smelled like smoke from cigarettes. It absolutely stunk! 3rd of all, the noise every morning was loud and the maids keep knocking the doors early morning. (No rest here) The first morning we even had a maid open up our room without permission like really?? Who does that? Then the last day the maids kept knocking on our room door and said "they still here..ugh yes why because I felt they didn't checked us in time and on our 1st day and pay back is a ;>*$*t! Last but NOT least the maids were obnoxious and rude. When we try to explain to the clerk downstairs she was understandable and willing to help. Worst and really sad when we try to reach out to talk to the manager on duty he rudely yelled at us and told the clerk to call the cops because my husband at this point was outrage of the way we were treated from day 1 to last day. We never will ever spend a buck at any best western again!! So for any looking for a great rest and better experience look for other nice hotels that's not Best Western affiliated!!!

If I could the place itself zero stars I would. The staff however were super friendly and very helpful and did the best they could. We checked in for one night. We go to bed around 12:30 I am itching like crazy and thinking I am nuts finally it gets so bad I get out of bed. I grab my phone turn on the flashlight sure enough bed bugs... all over... I immediately call downstairs the lady told me to come downstairs. Mind you I have my 7 year daughter sleeping in the other bed and she is sick. So I get her up and lay out towels and put her on the floor till I get back. She is actually severely allergic to bug bites we got lucky her bed didn’t seem to have them. Anyway, got downstairs immediately moved me to another room, and refunded my money. I will now be up al night because lord knows I won’t be able to sleep. Suggest finding another please to stay. Ooo and the new room they gave me, I pulled down the blankets to look for bugs found a bottle cap... so I know it wasn’t cleaned... I have attached pictures of my arm. This is also on my back and down my leg.
