Stayed there during a convention. The room was clean. The service was good. Breakfast was complimentary and it was really delicious. The staff were very polite and welcoming. There was a beautiful view from the window. The bathroom was clean and had all the toiletries I needed.

Stayed here for a conference in the hotel. It was a great venue. The rooms are nice and some of them have good views as well. The location is really where this hotel shines though. It is just a few minutes walk to the harbor and a ton of great restaurants and other attractions, like the aquarium and Power Plant Live. We did have some issues with charges made to our rooms, but they have all been resolved now.

I came to the hotel to visit a friend that was staying here. The hotel was nice and clean. What I saw of the rooms seemed nice, although there seemed to be too much furniture in the room with two double beds. The mini fridge they provide are TINY!! So small you could not fit milk. The exercise room was decent sized, but very crowded. They could have doubled the number of cardio machines and left a corner for the exercise balls no one was using. I would stay here if the price was right.

Room was great, staff was even better! The room was exactly what you expect from a Sheraton facility. Linens were clean, bathroom was spic and span and the carpets/furniture were spotless. I ended up ordering room service and my food came within 10 minutes and was fresh and hot; the employee who brought it up was very welcoming and made my stay feel valued.
