The Hotel at Arundel Preserve

Front desk personnel are friendly and very accommodating especially since I had stayed with my infant. We stayed on the executive floor in a king size room. The room itself was a bit smaller than I preferred but, nonetheless it was extremely clean, modern, and beautiful. Our floor had an enclosed area for guests to enjoy business amenities as well as complimentary items (snacks and drinks). Overall our stay was pleasant and I would definitely stay again!

Amazing hotel that was excellent to me at every step. The room was very well appointed, comfy mattresses and pillows. Bathroom had a great bathtub that was very relaxing. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly. The area is safe and the parking garage felt secure. Loads of restaurants within walking distance too, and the breakfast at the attached restaurant was good. Overall one of the best places to recharge your batteries I've been to.

Rooms are very nice, they could use new pillows and comforters tho. The people at the desk were very pleasant. We were just there for the night. The lobster fettuccine at the grill was divine, don't sit in the bar side tho as the service was very very slow.

Guest services are very friendly and the hotel rooms are very clean. The only con so far is the water pressure (very weak) and lack of shower stall door (to keep in some heat). Otherwise, the room is very comfortable and the hotel itself is very modern and clean. I loved the hot chocolate bar that was available in the evening.

Nice boutique feel hotel. Great for individuals or groups. 2 restaurants w/lounge. Service is always good. And for dessert they bring you freshly made cotton candy. A real wow factor if you bring kids (young or young at heart) for dinner
