Sierra National Forest

I've been visiting Bass Lake every summer since I was 5 years old. I've lived 20min away since I was 23 years old. Fun times. I love the place. Here or the beach, my happy nature places.

Willow Creek is just beautiful all year round. The water is freezing cold but it feels amazing in the summer. It's a nice because it's away from bass lake and there aren't many people that know where it is. If you do visit please keep it clean and don't destroy the natural beauty of this place.

The drive to Yosemite is a sight to see beautiful snow capped mountains and waterfalls. The air is very refreshing. There is a small town before getting into park there are not many services within the park so get what you need. Do not forget.. take only what you brought and only YOU can prevent forest fires.

Beautiful landscapes, friendly locals, well kept camping areas and so very much more. As a California native I grew up in the Sierra's, and most recently I found myself enjoying the area of Bass Lake. I must say that I was in awe of the beauty of the area, the young wild turkeys that we saw on a daily basis. There is so much to say and share about the area that I fear myself writing a small book :)

Went UTV off road riding and dirt bike riding. Nice marked trails. Great weather beautiful scenery. Awesome experience
