So easy to ship packages UPS from here. Staff are so friendly & helpful. Recently had a thick sewing machine manual spiral bound. Price very reasonable & again, staff couldn't be more friendly & helpful

Absolutely don’t use their 1 hour pickup services. Since they don’t seem to be interesting actually doing their job. I went their 2 hours later and they didn’t have the items ready and when asked about it they said I should have waited until I got a email telling me it was ready. The thing is they didn’t even know that I requested items, and it wasn’t because they were busy, since all 5 employees were standing around the Copying Center talking with each other, and didn’t even have a person at the checkout line.

I stopped in to the store to get custom cards printed and it was super easy and fast. Much easier than trying to do it through the website and Lucas was extremely helpful!!

Customer service was horrible. And for a item they supposedly had many of they couldn't find. Then proceed to be very annoyed because I was there for something they should have. I say this is the reason places like they go out of business so easily and no one will blink because they've been replaced by Amazon for quite some time. Horrible experience!!!!
