We've been eating up and down the board walk and this is by far my favorite! Sandwiches were delicious and the staff were extremely nice and patient while we were trying to decide. We're definitely eating here again!

This place is a conundrum of sorts to me. After eating I always really want to give this place 5 stars. There is no arguing that their food is good. But their owner is a bit of a temperamental jerk and frequently snaps at customers. Unfortunately the staff have generally picked up on his habits too. He expects that everyone understands his sign layout and immediately knows what they want. He does not look kindly upon questions or clarifications. There is no polite small talk, and no pleasantries. Order your food. Eat it. Get out. Dont complain or ask for a change. I've been here plenty of times and have always hoped to see a change... or a smile. I think I will always be disappointed with the service. (But always pleased with the food.)

One of my favorite spots in town for a sandwich! Great for grab and go and you can taste the real + quality ingredients that they use! Just blocks from the turnaround in Seaside so good to pick up if you’re headed for a beach day or hike but also great for locals who want some real + tasty food too. Sandwiches are a good size and I often split one or save the other half for later. Besides sandwiches they also have soups, hot dogs and ice cream.

Amazing sandwiches and soups. I got the surfers cove and it was delicious but the people that work here aren't very friendly which is sad!

The owner here (David Posalski) needs to learn how to give better customer service and treat paying customers with respect. My mother and I were here for Mother's Day today and she had asked which vegi sandwich out of the two had avocado on it since she's hard of seeing and the owner said in an incredibly rude tone "You can read, the menu is right there". As if that wasn't enough, when I was ordering I asked what soup they had available and with the same attitude he pointed to the menu and said "they're listed over there". I think if you're going to work with people, especially in such a busy family friendly place that you should be a lot more empathetic and treat them with respect especially when they're literally paying for your livelihood. Lesson learned. I will not be giving them anymore of my money and I will be telling all friends and family to go somewhere else if visiting Seaside. The Seaside Shootout on Broadway in Seaside is another place this individual owns and I will not be giving business to. I've been threatened to be sued just for this review so I think that shows the type of owner he is. Such a shame since the food wasn't too bad.
