U-Haul Moving & Storage of Colmar

This is worst experience I've ever had with a business in my entire life. It took us 3 trips of driving 40 minutes and them canceling our appointment to even have anything done. The first time calling 5 minutes before we were here to say the mechanic just went home and didn't care. The first time I had to make the appointment on my own phone when the employee was in front of the computer to do it. We finally come here a third time and I explained to the manager the issues we were having and even this appt they were 20 minutes late to start. Manager had no sympathy what so ever and was extremely rude and just argued with me. Had a tow hitch put on and 2 hours later the manager Came out saying he tried 3 times to hook it up and couldn't. Then said he would come to our HOUSE over the weekend to finish which after calling corporate they said was absolutely ridiculous. Gave us no receipt, didn't finish any of it, broke the sealing over our window the bill was $50 more than what we payed already. We will never come back to this location again for any reason what so ever. Let's not even add that anytime you call any location number you sit on hold for atleast 30 minutes. I cannot believe this location is even still open.

This is the worst uhual place I've ever delt with. The employee "Micheal from Trenton" at the front desk was very nasty and completely lied about my reservation that was made online. We were told that they didn't have the truck that we reserved at this location. He basically kept telling us that this location was our preferred location but they don't have the truck and we will have to travel for more than 11 miles just to get the truck! The customer service I received was terriable! I had a reservation for 7pm and when I got there I was told they did not have a truck for me and that I had to go to Horshum or skippack, which is out of my way and skippack was as closed! Michael wasn’t any help at all and this office needs to be trained over because they suck! I went down the street to another uhaul, and got a truck with no problem! Do not rent from the !

How does a Multi Million dollar company not have a generator back up. These idiots wasted an hour of our time downloading an App. Which did not work. Then after all if that they pull out a paper form to complete. The paper form took 5 minutes to fill out. But the Lazy stupid asses didn't like the idea they would have to manually enter the information once the computers came up. We will never return again. Next time we will go to Budget
