This place is horrible, charge us for insurance and we did not want it, and was marked in the online reservation!! The lady could not get my name correct even reading it directly from my driver licsnse. Very unfriendly, barley spoke English, & now I would go anywhere but here. These people need to take some business and ENGLISH classes. Can't believe Uhaul even does business with them. Just WOW!

DO NOT USE UHUAL!!!! use someone else!!!! They recently and unbeknownst to customers changed they're policy and they charge you twice now (when you first rent a truck for the estimated cost, then they charge you a separate, second time for the final receipt they hold both charges separably) and to make it worse they make you wait 3-5 business days to get your money back. Very disappointed with this poor billing system.
