U-Haul of Glenside

Worst customer service I have ever had. I walk in to pick up trailer and it is not there, even though I get a confirmation email when I booked it saying the trailer is "guaranteed" on that day. Person helping could not have been any ruder. He was extremely unhelpful. I will never be using them again!

Be careful when renting a vehicle from the Glenside U-Haul location. I dropped the van off after-hours, and when I received the final bill through email saw they charged me a $25 cleaning fee. Thinking it was a mistake, I called and was told they found trash and bottles hidden under the seat. I was the only person in the van the entire rental and never had a speck of anything up front. Either they didn't clean the van thoroughly after the previous rental or thought they could get away with a little extra profit. I won't rent from the Glenside U-Haul location again, but if you do make sure you get them to sign off on the return before you leave.

U-Haul does its thing. This place has really considerate staff, but they are often a bit busy and it can take a moment for them to get to you. Have some patience.
