Great place. Opens early at 7am unlike Public Storage at 9am

Shady business practices, maybe I just got a bad agent at this location, u-Haul offers a nationwide 100% box buyback policy if they are in unused condition as long as you have proof of purchase from a U-Haul dealer, The agent at this location informed me that that is not the policy and that policies change almost daily which is 100% false information. After informing the agent of U-Haul's policy suddenly they were able to buy back our leftover boxes, how convenient.

They held over a hundred dollars for no reason and some workers are rude

I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door.  They were extremely helpful and professional.  Nick carried the boxes to my car!
