Uhaul trailer hitch wiring was installed improperly at another location causing the blinkers to malfunction. I brought the car to this location in Woburn and Mark was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem quickly and explained the issue in detail. I feel confident in the job this time! Thank you!

I've never had a bad experience with Uhaul, until I rented a 15' truck from the Woburn location. At first, my experience was pleasant and quick; a friend of mine worked there. I checked out the keys, looked over the vehicle, matched the odometer, and went on my way. After two days, and driving approx. 30 miles, I returned the vehicle at the right time and the tech received the vehicle with no interruption. All was well, until I noticed a 237 DOLLAR CHARGE on my receipt! I called the Uhaul location, and they told me that I had apparently drove 235 MILES in two days! I told them that I had only driven from Winchester to Malden 4 times, a total of approx. 30 miles, but of course an odometer is not supposed to lie. At this point, I'm waiting to hear back from one of the manager's to see if this is a problem that another customer has experienced. If it is a common problem or not, Uhaul will never have my business ever again. Until this is resolved, this experience will forever leave a bad taste in my mouth along with the people I share this with.

These guys will try to scam you check mileage and card charges or you will likely get screwed by these jerks. Go with Penske instead.

I moved to Woburn from Texas due to Hurricane Harvey!! The GM was very nice etc....however when I moved out they charged my debit card 50.00 for a fee I have yet to receive a receipt for!! Warning do not use your credit or debit card....the rep was extremely rude!!
