U-Pack

From start to finish U-Pack was great. I could have moved for a little less if I wanted to load stuff into a truck and bounce along for 2800 miles. Online booking was easy, delivery of Pods was on time, pickup was on time, delivery was on time, pick up of empties was on time. The staff from office to Drivers were friendly and helpful. We packed well, lots of blankets and straps - 4 Pods worth and no damage. I would use them again.

I was nervous about using UPACK and not sure about how much would fit in the 7 Feet of trailer space I rented! It was a lot more than I thought would fit in when I actually arrived and started packing because the top of the trailer is so high. More than the contents of a 10 foot Uhaul will fit in 7 feet of trailer space. My UHaul was packed full. I had a bit too much to fit in a box, but more than enough space in the trailer. The service center in Washington was great and all of my things arrived undamaged. I would recommend to put things you don't want rust marks on away from the walls. I just had bags and unimportant storage containers that got a few minor rust markings on them. Basically, cover anything near the side walls in case rust is there. I would rent a dolly and keep in mind the ground between your truck and the trailer could be muddy as it was the day I went. I would say a large tarp on the ground and some moving blankets for inside should be brought with you. My delivery process went very smoothly, even though you can't do drop off or pick-up on the weekends. The driver helped me with the ramps and there were videos in YouTube for that and the doors to secure your belongings. You don't need a lock, just the items I suggested. My things traveled from Washington to Ohio and I'd recommend UPACK as it was much less stressful than intended. The employees are friendly and helpful. Great experience!

Excellent service, we just had a move from Seattle to Ogden Utah. It was really painless and the company was great to deal with. The prices were good for the move. We decided to have our stuff sent ahead of time while we vacationed for a month so also chose the storage option for the month. The storage costs were high compared to the cost to ship the relocubes but overall a good experience and we would definitely use the service again.

Except for the fork lift breaking down delaying delivery everything went exactly as they said it would.

Prompt in pickup and drop the consignment. Reloccube is very convenient for small loaders below 2500 lbs. worth for money.
