We did appointment online for passport for our 3 months old baby and wait 5 days till that appointment. When we came in the time they told us they the camera doesn’t work and they will not going to make a passport picture, but I received a million emails and text messages that remind me about this appointment and there was an option about pictures and it was saying that it’s available. When I asked for a supervisor the Asian looking lady with glasses which works there was really rude. She told me that if I like to complain I need to go in their main office in Washington DC and the other workers was laughing about that. Probably they think it’s funny. What I think it’s the supervisor and workers there must be replaced, they definitely got no function. Also check how many 1 stars reviews in the comments , I think the 5 stars is fake!!!! It’s just their friends and family who help them to balance reviews between 1-5!!! Really hope that new supervisor will hire friendly people who love their job and try to be happy to help everyone, because that’s what actually they MUST do!!!!

This post office has become very rundown and extremely dirty on the inside. I remember when they built it and it was very beautiful. Whats even worse supervisors chastise and belittle The employees in front of customers. Their supervisors or managers have anger management issues and it’s a really bad working environment for the postal workers. this was the same post office that a postal worker went nuts and shot his supervisor for doing bad things to him back in the early 90s. It appears this cycle is repeating itself again when you witness supervisors treating employees very badly and me as a customer witnessed it. The Postmaster General needs to be made aware of the situation at this post office

I have been using this Post Office since October 2012. Fastest Post Office in Las Vegas. Guess these folks expect immediate service - that just don't happen. Longest wait I have ever has was at Christmas - because the IDIOTS (US Mail Customers) mailing stuff do NOT know what they want when they walk in the door. Usually 7-10 minutes from entry to exit for me. I am 60+ and have seen Post Offices all over the US - these folks are so AWESOME!!! Got time to waste go to Red Rock Station in the Northwest - you can watch bot STUPID and get fashion tips!!!!

Terrible service , super rude workers, negative atmosphere. The people who work there absolutely hate their job and all the customers.

First time here, service was awesome. Even though it's further from my house it's worth it because there work hours are until 9pm when most other ones are closed. All the ladies working there where very attentive through out the place made sure everyone was helped. They even helped me save money with giving the best option of packaging.
