Horrible international shipping service. My package sent from South Korea was just sitting there and 2weeks and returned back to senders. I had no notice on the door or call before they shipping it back to original country. But the tracking says they had attempt to delivery, Liars!! When I was there, the day after it started to ship it back, there was noting I can do to get my package. US Postal system is so outdated. The Manager and Supervisor doesn't do there job to resolve the problem. I am so disappointed with the overall system!! I would give Zero star If I can!!

We have been waiting for our mail for weeks and when we went to go pick it up they can’t find our mail or either misplaced it. Our community is new and the mail boxes are newly installed. Never have we received any mail in our mailbox. Just when we go pick it up at the post office they say “we can’t find your mail”. So nice to be getting paid 20$ an hour or how they even hire these guys, so hard doing your job. No mail for a month now and Thanks for the extremely POOR service.

This is the worst posts office. The mail carrier - female, skinny, over-tanned, something is mentally wrong with her. She does not want to work and provide good service to the community. I have tried many times along with others to get something positive done but it doesn't happen. When it comes to packages this mail beast just refuses to do the right thing and upsets people. One day she will come face to face with truth, her truth and The Truth and she will not like what she sees. It will be a painful day for her. I'm so glad that I am done with that place. The manager, supervisor, etc. - they just won't move forward to stop the nonsense and instead let it go and create frustration. You all should be ashamed of yourselves!! Your service is terrible! One day you will see that you should have done the right thing.

Been waiting on the phone on HOLD for 48 minutes and counting. Unbelievable. Just want to get my mail delivered that hasn't been delivered all week. Bet they hang up before answering my call.

1 star is too good of a rating...my package was delivered to the parcel locker but no key was placed in my mailbox. Went in 2 times. 1st time the supervisor said the worker remembered my package and just forgot to give me the key. She said I'd have the key later that day. Never happened. Went back 3 days later and she says instead of running around I need to file a tort claim. How bout yall figure out who you gave my package to? This is rediculous. I've called several times and they never answer the phone. Really upset right now and who knows how long it will take to get my money back, IF it even works...
