I wish could give 0 stars but where do I start.... First, I arrive at the Post Office and there was a woman who was African American, extremely rude and very unprofessional. She picked up my package, took a quick look at it and says everything needs to be in a box. When I asked can I send it the way I received it, got a half fast answer while receiving a dirty look from her. Lastly, when she said I asked her what were the hours on weekends she looked at me and started laughing. I was in shocked how they could operate this way. WON'T BE COMING BACK TO THIS POST OFFICE NO MORE!!!!

Where do I call to complain? I believe the manager came out and took down my license plate number and was accusing me of things when the employee was helping me, I don’t know what she was even talking about when I was inside she said I looked like someone.

While I was waiting in line there was a women who worked there, she was African American and she was so friendly towards everybody and as soon as I was next in line she was incredibly rude. She told me I had packaged my item wrong and said you need to purchase tape too and just took the next guest and just sent me all the way back to the line without even asking if it was okay. Finally it was my turn and another women helped me, and she gave me my total and the rude woman was listening to the entire transaction and she says across the room “don’t forget to charge her for the box too!” I don’t know what your issue was with me, if I was too dressed up or i don’t know but the obvious attitude difference between the way she treated me and others was disgusting and completely unacceptable.

Picking up keys to the mailbox for my new home. After standing in line for over a half hour to get to the little brown pickup window, I was told they have to order them and it will take 1 to 2 weeks. I asked how I would be notified that they are in and ready for pick up. The answer was to "stop by every once in a while to check if they're in". "So, I have to stand in line for 30 minutes multiple times just to get my mail keys?", I asked. The response, "Yes, we don't know when they get here, so we can't notify you." This is why the government shouldn't run things!

It wasn't easy receiving my package from this post office, but they finally resolved the problem and did so professionally. Thank you.
