very nice postal clerks..always get the job done ..professional..helpful and friendly..the lines sometimes are slow..but thats life..

The worker Karen is extremely rude. I needed a piece of tape for an envelope, and she forced me to buy an entire roll. Then she was so impatient that she took the lady behind me who needed tape, and she gave her tape for free. I was very shocked! Then I needed to buy one stamp, and she forced me to buy an entire sheet. You would think this woman gets paid commission! I've had to deal with her on three different occasions going to that post office. It's a shame how one person who is so bitter about her job can bring down an entire business.

I don't understand how a package can be out for delivery and its been 5 days going on 6, can't get anyone to answer the phone. Truly do not understand.

I am giving 5 star because my experienced in this post office has always been good. Yes, there will be times that the lines are long but there will also be times that there will be no lines at all. There is usually 2 to 3 staff by the counter. I believe it will depend on the weekday and the time of your visit. I frequent to this post office and I have never encountered problems. Personally, I use the online Click N Ship and drop off packages with no hassle. However, if I have to speak to their customer service agent or utilize the over the counter services, I have had no issues.

This always takes forever, they take their sweet time. Also, the employees are rude as all get out, they don't care about getting anything taken care of. The only reason I go here is because it's the one that takes care of my mail.
