Worst Customer service! Jerry the supervisor (Indian gentleman) was rude, impolite, and awful. He said he was going to relay a message to the carrier and did not. When asked, he said he had no way of contacting the carrier. That it's not his problem. He said he had no way of looking up the package even with the tracking number I provided. This was a Christmas gift. That is now return to sender because of him.

This has got to be the WORST post office period! I have “lost” mail probably 3-4 times a week, packages that are “delivered” but they are nowhere to found, late packages by more than a week plus! I usually get my packages from ups but I just started receiving from Usps for some odd reason and it hasn’t been right yet. I’m currently missing about 4 packages but luckily the sellers refunded the money back. Our apartments Judy’s topped accepting packages and since, our carrier is to lazy to deliver to doors like they are supposed to if the package is to big for the box which we have to drive to the post office in hopes that the package is even there. Idk but I have nothing nice to say about these lazy post workers. Even the office staff is lazy as hell.

The place looked empty as my friend and I went there. We were looking in the window to see if anyone is in there. She gave us an attitude to stand back because the door belonged to her... The lady was very rude to him while he was trying to get his package. She wasn't wearing a uniform and took us a few moments to realize that she worked there and we thought it was someone else.

Horrible service! I had mail (a Christmas gift) sent to me. The sender forgot my unit number. I called while my package was still out with the carrier. The Indian gentleman I spoke to, looked up my address and the package and informed me when my carrier got in he would give them the necessary information. Less than 24 hours later they have returned my package to Canada ( it had already taken quite awhile to get here) with no attempt at redelivery. Of course, the same man on the phone said he never took such a call. When I go to the office, the lady with a cocaine rimmed nose tells me it has been sent back and the incompetent mail clerk man is not responsible at all! Horrible service. Just awful! At the holiday time, you don't even have 24 hours to give people to make a correction.

The phone number is always busy and the mail carriers lose your mail and put it in other ppl mail boxes. After I made a complaint I don't receive my mail. I had certified letter come in the mail and the carrier sent it back because I complained on her. Update as of February 23 2018 : I called here to ask about my mail that should have arrived on the 9th and on the 22nd ( I paid to have it here on theses dates ) i was on hold for about 20 mins before someone even helped me , like 3 people picked up the phone and put me back on hold and when I finally got someone she was very rude .So I give her the information and she says they don’t have it . I informed her my tracking information says they do but she told me no so I then asked about the other mail she placed me on hold fo 45 more mins . Smh I’m still on hold as I type this. Last time I complained I didn’t receive mail for months. I guess that’s going to happen again. Plus when you talk to a supervisor he seems like he don’t care he just try’s to get you off the phone. The worst service ever!!!!!!! Needs new staff !!!
