Every time I have a big package that’s supposed to be delivered to my home it NEVER makes it!!!! I pay extra for it to come early or a set date when I am off work and I ALWAYS get “no one available” text and I am literally on the OTHER SIDE OF THE DOOR!!!! Whomever is y’all truck person making the deliveries is lazy ass HELL!!!!! I’m for sure that person just scans and types in “not available” or “insecure area” it is BEYOND ANNOYING AND INCONVENIENT!!!! Now I have to either leave work early to pick up my paid “delivered” packages.

the mail women for our apartment never knock the door for delivery. she just live the package unsecured area. she doesn't live the notice on your door. she lives the notice in mail box.

I been hated this place! They're incompetent. Everyone there is! They hold your mail without telling you. And when you specify that you want your mail held they deliver it! That is so backwards!!! Also they don't put the necessary labels on mail that needs to be sent to the new mailbox! If I didn't have my old keys I would have never been able to receive my child's check or other important mail! This post office and the entire staff is just ridiculous!

I could give zero stars if it was an option. The email says they have received my package 3am on 27th I go there at 8:30 and they tell me that it's not there yet. Without checking the tracking number or anything. I paid for the transportation which I have to do again. I totally want my money back. This is ridiculous

Dont be surprised when the government discontinues the USPS. Incompetent mailing system. Citizens should demand higher quality from their constitutional rights rather than allowing private companies to takeover everything in this degrading country
