United States Postal Service

Here at about 12:30pm Friday 3/30. Long line. A woman complaining on and on to the manage, I guess, in front of everybody about something that happened to her mail. The kiosk was out of order. Only 2 workers here and people with boxes to be mailed taking a long time to finish with the post workers. Meanwhile the line is longer and longer and the woman continued complaining. Finally it was my turn to mail a simple office envelope that just needed to be weighed for postage. They don’t improve.

There are two ladies who work at the front counter that my husband and I absolutely love! They are fast, efficient and manage to be kind even when other customers aren't kind to them in return. My only complaint is the setup of this particular post office. I drop off 20-30 packages at a time and have to wait in line because the mouth of the drop off bins aren't big enough. The line does get long and often goes out the door because of the weird layout of the place. Depending on the time that I go, I am in and out quickly. (I find the best times to go are 8:30am and 2:30pm)

Most times it's just ridiculous here, but if you're lucky maybe you can get in and out within 10 mins. I don't know if it's under staff or just that slow but man it's a pain.

My package was on a truck to deliver on 12/1. It is now 12/7 and the status hasn't been updated. I went there and stood in the holiday line, expected that. The employee behind the counter retrieving packages from the back told the man in front of me his package wasn't there. The customer then pointed at a package and the employee said "oh wow this should be on shelf 8 but it's on shelf 7" so luckily that customer got his package. I was in the same scenario. The employee spent 2-3 minutes before coming back with nothing. I asked what the possibility is that it's in the wrong area. He said slim to none as he had gone through each aisle. You call and the line is busy so you're hung up on immediately. Now 6 days without my package and I have no idea if it's in Vegas, if it's on a truck which the employee said is likely, or if it was shipped back to the vendor without getting scanned back into the system. Seems to me the probability is quite high that they'll ruin your Christmas if you are zoned for this post office.

Decent Post-Office with cool employees. Usually 3 windows open for shipping, as well as a self-service kiosk. Ive never been to a post-office where i didnt have to wait in line, and I expect to do so every time. It's so annoying to hear other customers whine and complain the entire time as they wait for their turn at the window. Give those Postal workers a break, they're doing a good job! Thanks to Eric who is always quick and on-point!
