I simply went in to pick up a certified letter and once I ring the bell the worker in the lobby told me there was no one back there and I had to wait in line. So I went and got in line and sure enough, a worker opened the window door quickly and closed it and walked away. Then I had to continue to wait in line as the worker in the lobby then proceeded to help a customer five people behind me in line measure a box to see if it was small enough for priority shipping which delayed me going to the window on my turn. I had to wait 15 minutes to pick up a letter.

This place needs to get their act together! 12 days after my request for mailbox key and lock, I came to the USPS store was told by the white dude keys are still not ready. However he told me beforehand that its gonna be ready in 7-10 days! 1. Managers and employees lie to your face. I called Ben [he introduced himself as one of the managers] and told me that he will ask the "mailbox manager" to fix my mailbox. I told him that it should have been fixed because "you guys told me it will only take 7-10 days. Its already 12 days since I paid for it, why are you now only ordering it?" Ben never gave me a straight answer and instead made up something that do not make any sense! I called Ben again and asked for the postmaster's name and phone number. He never gave me the info I was asking for and made excuses and stated, "the postmaster is in Sunset, but I dont know how blah blah blah blah..." So I instead asked for the store manager and he introduced himself, Ben, Monica, and another manager. 30 minutes later, Ben called me and told me my key is ready. How convenient? 2. I came to store and told Monica I need my key and gave her my receipt. Monica asked "when did you request for it?" I said "a long time ago." Monica went to the back and told me my key is not ready. She also said that lock and key change request takes 2-3 weeks. I told her, everybody that works at any USPS, including this location, says that it only takes 7-10 days. You are the only one saying 2-3 weeks. MONICA NEVER REALY CHECKED MY KEYS IN THE BACK AND INSTEAD TRIED TO ARGUE WITH ME AND INSISTED I COME BACK ANOTHER WEEK! I finally got very irritated and told her as to why shes not giving my key because Ben already called me keys are here. SHE FINALLY WENT TO THE BACK AND GOT MY KEYS! Monica apologized, only because she got caught lying and lazy. Why would Monica choose to lie and be lazy instead of doing her job? My only question is, WHY WOULD EVERYONE AT THIS USPS CHOOSE TO LIE AND NOT DO THEIR JOB THEY ARE PAID FOR? PLEASE HAVE SOME CONSCIENCE. PEOPLE ARE PAYING YOU WITH THEIR MONEY AND TAXES! PEOPLE LIKE YOU MAKE THE U.S. WORSE!

We had a really bad experience. My son went there to apply for passport. After few weeks he did not receive it and we went to search about it. A young lady over there was very rude, did not help. I asked to talk to a supervisor and she just ignored us and did not answer any question. We called to passport office and they never received the application. We went to ask again and they did not know what they did. POST OFFICE LOST THE PASSPORT. This location do not deserve even one star.

Kianna was awesome! We went in for passports and we were in and out in no time! Very patient very nice !

useless people. i had a package and the mailman barely knocked on my door. they rescheduled for me to pick up just to realize the package was not yet available
