Have had repeat issues with receiving packages with this post office. The women in the office were helpful in explaining the reasons. I wish that the process wasn't so complicated. How come certain packages just can't be delivered to my door? Update: I am still experiencing issues with receiving packages. The postman don't even leave a notice in my mailbox. This has happened multiple times. And I am convinced that there is no real reason why I can't get packages to my door.

Went to this post office and had ANNETTA help me with a glorified attitude from the START. What kind of service this rude woman has! She had me waiting for 30min taking her sweet time and still giving me an attitude. If I could rate 0 stars JUST FOR ANNETTA, I would.

Level of busyness seems to be hit or miss. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, there’s usually an employee who can help you if you’re just buying stamps, and are using a debit/credit card you don’t have to wait in line. My only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is the small package drop off box. I wish they had a self-serve kiosk and a larger drop off, I don’t want to wait in line to drop off a package.

Robert from WV It seems like most of the mail is delayed for one reason or another. Our daughter is always having getting packages for one reason or another. Is the USPS trying to get everyone to use FedEx or UPS or pay all our bills on line? Just reading the reviews makes me think that you really don't care how poorly the service is or the postal union refuses to discipline their workers because of poor job performance.

Mailman is very rude he wold leave mail out side the window would not wait for someone to get mail No matter how the weather is. My mail flew away couple times It might get stolen. I complain for him in post office the supervisor said he is suppose to wait still he has same attitude he would waste his time to argue about he is not supposed to wait instead of handover the mail. I would like my post office to change mailman or ask him to change his attitude if he does not want to do his job properly what the post office is paying for?. I was very satisfied with my previous mailman.
