I was on hold for 30 min just to track my package really wheres the cutomer service? We are paying customers!!!! & I had to call back just to see when my packaged arrived. Poor Poor customer service & you guys work for the government uggggh just answer the phone........!!!!!!!

The mail carrier for my area keep giving me someone else mail and i have reported this person numerous of times ...My mail has been delivered to others address as well and they bring it to me...They just dont care at this post office..

By Far the worse post office in Las Vegas. Very rude to the customers, there's only 1 post office worker that smiles and greets customers. The rest are old and grumpy. Trust me go to another post office. This post office is a post office from hell. Plus this is one if the dirtiest post office. Usually there's only 1 worker working the line. Lines usually long as hell. Stay away from this post office. Very bad in everything..

I placed important mail out today for pickup...they didnt even touch it....the mail comes damn near after 5 now...they held a check of mine so long it had to be re delivered....this service sucks.
