If you like being talked to like your stupid and don't know anything come on down to this location. I went to try and schedule a passport appointment because the website was not working constantly stating technical difficulties and when it did work it said the earliest was a month away. Went in line and immediately a older black lady who worked at this location demanded to know why I was here. I thjought maybe she's just trying to get me the help I need. She proceeded to tell me that we don't make appointments other then online. I proceeded to tell I needed to make an appointment today and she goes did you try other post offices. Yes, then she tells me that I will have to wait until the website is no longer having difficulties. I told her no I need to get this done, she hands me a piece of paper with an address on it, this place takes walk ins. I walked out of there so frustrated and mad I had to write this review. If you have another post office option go there, these workers are just so rude.

Got a PO BOX here while I was joining the Air Force. Couldn't get them to answer phone most of the time and never forwarded my mail. Did the online forward request/change of address but my mail never was sent to new box. One happy guy (not nice) asked if I could call back when the person who handles PO BOXES was in but got put on hold and left there after I told him I'm active duty military but during my duty hours I cannot have a phone on me while training. Couldn't find a complaint route through website; Do not use this location.

Mailman pressured my daughter into signing a certified letter to which she stated there were no adults at home. He told my daughter it was ok for kids 12 years and older to sign. I spoke to a lady at this location and she said since it was a house that no driver's license needed or 18 years of age requirement. Another lady said "no, it is illegal and she must be 18 years of age" and asked for the mailman's name. Which I responded, no idea since nothing was left but a certified letter. What type of training are they offering their employees? Beware of this location. To bad I get mails from this location and I can't change the fact.

DO NOT believe what they tell you about renewing your passport. They admitted that the appointment line no longer 'works'. (Then why have it still connected?) On that note the general office line does not get answered either. Told me I could just mail in my renewal even though the federal travel website made it quite clear I needed to do so in person. And another clerk at the front desk disagreed with the clerk telling me I could just mail it in. They do not know what they are supposed to be doing. Ultimately it comes down to they do not want to do a job they have been assigned because I quite conveniently was handed the Henderson City Clerk info instead. Hmm, lazy federal employees.

I keep mailing letters to my boyfriend in Texas, it’s supposed to take 3 days tops, not a week to ten days. I call the post office, leave an email, they never answer the phone, do not respond. It is Appalling! I’ve called four times and they just let the phone ring. I’m to the point where if the five wants to eliminate the US postal service, please do! At least with a post net I’ll receive my mail and can trust it’s being sent with kid gloves to my loved ones. Disgraceful!
