We came in for passports, and we where the last ones. We brought the copy of the children’s birth certificates, but she said we needed the original. We said we could drive back and get it, but they said no. The next appointment we could get would be 2 months after our trip. They where very rude and wouldn’t understand. They made us drive all the way from Vegas to Boulder City, but then the passport person wasn’t at work. Then we had to drive all the way to Pahrump. We drove 3hrs and 47 minutes and the kids missed 3 days of school. The papers she was talking about, turns out we didn’t even need it! Do not recommend, very mean staff and just all out horrible.

My wife and I have been using this post office for a small family business. Really impressed with the service and care from the staff! I know almost everyone now. All our customers have received packages timely.

I'm not quite sure how this place isn't routed of their warehouse employees here. They have made so many very bad mistakes to me and I know I'm not the only one because every time I'm waiting in the long long line for a package, I've heard others with complaints that are even worse then mine. And, I've had some bad ones. I don't know what it is with this office but they have got to be the worst I've ever encountered but the location is so good for me that I can't change. I've even tried to apply to work here so I can straighten up the place myself because the problems are constant. I've heard that government employees are nearly impossible to get fired but if it were to start, I'm pretty sure it will be here. I have envelopes that have "DO NOT BEND" stamped all over it and the postmaster jams it in my box and bends it. I have had legal documents of the utmost importance mysteriously disappear. Strange my junk mail never disappears. Only when it's legal documents with time restraints and large sums of money involved. I've had very simple packages from family for a holiday or birthday that is damaged, late, you name it...the front employees are usually nice, although I've had bad ones there too, but the regulars in the front are usually pretty cool. It's just the back employees that totally give this place a bad name. Really bad.

Great customer service when you actually are ready to be serviced. Otherwise its always packed they dont have enough staff and I feel there should be another USPS in Summerlin its not fair to postal workers here that get back reviews on their location because Summerlin is so large and only has one post office!

Always pleasant even though they are overworked. My only complaint is with the substitute mail carriers when Mr Hubble is on vacation. Great postman our neighbors love him
