This place is the best in the world. No lines. In and out in a jiffy son. Its inside the abertsons if u trying to find it. Took me longer to find it than get my business done. If u know what i say.

The customer service was lacking. There was an older woman with with white hair and pink lipstick. She did not help me whatsoever and was acting very rude. I ended up leaving in tears with my package. Worst first experience ever. Please treat your customers better.

This facility is supposed to stay open until 5:30pm on Saturdays. I arrived at 4:45pm expecting to have plenty of time left to send off my package. When I got inside the Albertsons store where this USPS location is located, I found their entrance cordoned off with yellow tape. Of the two employees one was helping a customer and the other was free. I looked over at the employee who was just standing there and was told " we closed early because they had to clean the floor". I was dumbfounded. How can a Post Office location close up early because someone is mopping/cleaning the floor!! What kind of customer service is this. Can't the floor be mopped up at 5:30pm when they close for the day??? Unbelievable!!! I was told I could go to the Tenaya post office down the road and use the self service kiosk. Nice. So my recommendation is call ahead if you can get through to someone at the Cheyenne/Rampart Albertsons and ask them to check if the USPS station is actually open before making a trip. Who knows, next time they may close at noon for a lunch break. Pretty pathetic. Guess that's what we now have to expect and accept from our National Post Office...lame excuses for not having to work posted hours.

Just as with everything in life, customer service is a 2-way street. I believe the 1-star reviews are incomplete. If you walk in with a bad attitude, of course you're going to leave a poor review. And it's one of those things that you have to understand in our human nature: when we are greeted with frustration and hostility, it's all too easy to reciprocate. Take responsibility for the exchange and show up with a smile, from the get-go, treat the workers like you want to be treated - heck, crack a joke - and you will find they pay their bills and put food on the table for their families too, same as you and me. Of particular note, Carol and Becca are exceptional and both have servants' hearts. Promote!
