Washington Court Hotel

I like this hotel very much. The rooms are spacious and clean...the beds very comfortable. Staff is always pleasant and efficient. Be sure to ask for a room on the inside of the hotel...lots of noise from a nearby firehouse that you will find bothersome in a room with an outside view.

A great location for seeing the sights and getting to Union station. The staff are wonderful and eager to help. However, the hotel is expensive for what it is. I paid almost $250 a night when taxes and fees were added in and This is a no frills place. Just a few TV channels, The room service closed at 2pm and I had to call for a coffee pot in my room. Also the ice machine on my floor was broken the entire week I was there. But the beds were really comfortable and I did sleep really.

Impeccable rooms with any and all amenities you need including a lock box, refrigerator, vanity box, and handmade shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion from upstate NY. The service was absolutely FANTASTIC! The doormen always greeted me, asking me if I needed my car from the garage each time, made sure that my Uber drivers matched the license plate, and opened all car and hotel doors every time. The front desk receptionists provided the same level of care, asking me if I needed anything, striking up friendly conversations, and were just so accommodating. This was also on one of the busiest weekends during March for Our Lives! I will absolutely be staying here when I return!!!

Nice place to stay for the week. Good location to the hill, not far from the things you need. Breakfast is good. Bar area was nice. Rooms could use some more lights and plug ins.

By and large, a positive experience at the hotel. Though, I don't feel as if I got any particular special treatment as a customer. Even after I over tipped on of the bell hop people. However, their cafe staff were excellent
