Rex luxury rentals hooked me up when two Turo reservations fell through at the last minute. They were able to rent us a minivan for 5 people, which was in good condition with no issues. No hidden fees and provided a ride back to the airport for us.

We were walk in customers and were very lucky to be served by Brad. He listened to our needs and concerns, provided suggestions and addressed any questions we had. The entire process of renting from Rex was simple and fuss-free thanks to Brad and we would definitely return to Rex and hopefully be served by Brad again! to rent a car when we are next in LA.

Brad and the REX rental staff were extremely helpful and friendly.  They were able find me a great car at a reasonable price on very short notice.  They both picked me up and dropped me off at the airport.  Couldn’t have been more an enjoyable experience and would highly recommend to anyone coming to LA looking to rent a nice car!

I was pleased with my rental car experience! All of the staff were kind, honest and easy to work with. They provided transport to and from the airport and the whole process moved quickly. When the first car we were given had low tire pressure, they quickly got us a replacement vehicle. The car was clean and in great condition.

Rex Luxury was a Fantastic. They came in clutch. Brad worked with us and was AMAZING. Gave us ideas about places to eat. Give that man a raise. Renee was kind and curtious. Documented everything and gave us some advise about driving in this city. The only complaint i have is that we were not told about the 400$ hold until we were already at the end of the process.

I made the mistake of using a 3rd party to book a car rental and was scammed & stuck at LAX with no car. I walked into Rex's Luxury Car Rental and was immediately treated like a priority.  Brad is an amazing employee! We were in a very nice KIA K5 within 30 min...as a walkin with no reservation. We had an early morning flight out on Monday and had to drop the car at a parking lot close to the airport called Sunrise Parking and they offered free shuttle service to the airport. They were efficient & also fantastic! I highly recommend skipping the major companies and using these guys!

Amazing experience! My friend and I came for 4 days and decided to rent a car when we got to the hotel. It was right across the street and super easy and quick to rent from them. They made sure the car was perfect for us and showed us where to park for free. We had to drop the car off at 2pm the day we were leaving, but our plane didn’t leave until 11pm. They let us keep our suitcases there, and drove us 15 minutes to the place we were going next so we didn’t have to uber, and also gave us a free ride to the airport. They were super accommodating amazing, the employees were also very kind! It definitely made our trip a 10x better experience.

Great experience overall with Rex. Good clean car, great friendly service, always reachable and they are more open to different credit cards than most big rentals. Will rent with them again.

Best car rental I ever been to. I came here because I was under 25. This place had the car I wanted that enterprise said I was to young for. These people here treat you right and don’t lie to you at all. The best part about this is they are affordable. They do give you miles not to go over. But guess what!! They give you enough so you don’t. Great way to make there customers happy and keep business running. Now I know were to come every time I'm visiting LA coming from Chicago. Rex rental!! And even better they are right by LAX airport and they give you a ride there and back!!! Wonderful place. 5 star all around! Thank you REX!!! Will be back soon!

I missed my check in time just to bad timing and traffic the owner had his driver take me to the airport to see if I could board! Ended up missing my flight and called them back his sent his driver to get me, dropped me off at the hotel curb side service and he made sure I had a charger before leaving. The owner also made sure I got back to the airport the next day!! I’m forever grateful and will definitely book them first! Thanks so much my one night alone in LA was worth it
