Worst car rental experience so far. The front desk girl will just ask you repeated questions and look for answers from her manager. Provided to her my full auto insurance and credit card benefit in order to let her believe that I have full coverage on the rental car. Wait here for an hour to get kn road.
Force customer to buy their car insurance, which is about 50$ per day. This is ridiculous.
i give the company and all rental agents five stars, i want to say thanks for one of the best Agent,her name is THANIA VARGAS, the first time i saw her and i spoke for 12 passenger Ford transit to rent and she was really nice and professional, after finished my trip i bring the car back and the guy who took the key and car he was really nice and professional too, next time for sure i want to rent from VAN-RENTALS-R-US company , Thanks again for your good customer services and your best deal.
