Cape Gate Medi Clinic

If zero stars was a rating that's what I would give this emergency room at Cape gate Mediclinic. I went in today at 3pm. And walked out at 9pm. No doctors attended to me at all.4 hours in the waiting room and two hours on a bed. 6 hours in emergency with heavy bleeding and clots and pain, Yet it was clear that the people of less melanin that came in after me for treated first. Pathetic service. Pathetic hospital. Don't ever go there if it's an emergency.the only thing I got was pain medication which wore off after two hours and even a pain injection wore off after 1 hour. This is not acceptable that the dr does not see to patients immediately. I wasn't even given a blanket. There was apparently no blankets as it was being washed. I had to freeze and wait. Perhaps they chill you so it's easier to send to to the mortuary?!?!

Just had a procedure done at Cape Gate Mediclinic Day Clinic and can only say that this was absolutely the best service I've received at a hospital to date. The entire process from the time the Admissions Clerk registeredmy admission wish I took his name, to every staff member and doctor, the service was friendly, professional, caring and swift. Clean and neat. Right down to the fresh bread snack and coffee, I cannot fault this facility. Will highly recommend!

Great service all round . Went to the Emergency Centre , didn’t wait long at all to be tended to . All the staff from the reception , the Doctors, the nurses and radiology team were really friendly and informative - made an extremely stressful situation really easy to go through.

Had a long wait while my wife a patient was in pain..... poor communication from the staff and We we only attended to by a DR after a complaint....The floor was dirty...The nurse removing the drip in preparation for discharge dropped some plastic drip holders on my wife and walked away without an apology....I was however impressed with a staff nurse called Ayanda

I went to EC cape gate mediclinic, I got admitted the doctor said there is a bacteria in my blood so I'm booked to see a physician, the next day shift came and I was only seen by a GP, he told me my blood is fine and he is discharging me. Mind you I was very sick and weak but he insisted he discharge me while in that condition. I will never recommend cape gate mediclinic to anyone who seriously needs medical help. Dr Muhammad is the doctor that discharged me while I was very sick and weak and there was no even a prescription given to me.

I arrived at 16h30. At 19h40 I have not heard anything from the staff. No communication about where you are in the queue puts undue stress on the patient. I wish staff will communicate with patients and keep them updated.

Have been visiting my sister we're from Joburg, who had a brain tumor removed. I would like to congratulate every single staff member at this hospital for their warm and friendly service during this very stressful time. From the coffee shop, to the food services, cleaning and nursing staff, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Had a spinal fusion op. What a clean and well run facility. All the staff were cheerful, helpful and very efficient. Food was delicious and plentiful... didn't want to leave!

I arrived at emergency room at 08h30 and still sitting at 12h30 only my vitals was taken. The service is pathetic at this hospital as i only came for a plaster to be removed. I recommend milnerton mediclinic that is people with passion for their work. I will from this day on never visit this mediclinic again as i have seen people passing out in emergency room. This hospital ins the same as a government hospital

Cape gate Mediclinic ER means EMERGENCY RELAXING What a waste of time and money even though the medical is paying waited for 3 hours to see the Dr with my 2 year old son who was in sever pain. MEDICLINIC CAPE GATE ,there is a reason why this is called ER. It was not worth being there at all. More than R2000 for 2min of Dr's visit after 3 hours of waiting. Pathetic and shame on the hopsital manager your ER department is a shame.
