Day Hospital Delft

This Day hospital must just be closed down I have never seen a health institution with such bad service, from securities to nurses their attitude is out of this world. Trauma ward the worst the only time I get speedy service when we come with an ambulance. Department of Health seriously needs to do something about Delft day hospital it's been years people has been complaining about this hospital. They do not even deserve one star.

My daughter is sitting since 11:00 this morning with my granddaughter of 2 who fell and has an hole in the back of her head and still haven't been helped till now, 19:40. When asking when will they help the nurse said we must wait it is not her problem....why are these people still in service in the community if they treat our children as nothing.....it's a shame....worst hospital ever to take a child. I am disgusted. Hope someone address this

Poor service they don't care about patients securities are not helping at all But thanks to the nurse who take care of my son

very poor administration from top to bottom, the staff don't care at all. i feel very sorry for those dedicated nurses and Docs we have in the country. who serve our citizens with care, love, passionate, determined, and willing to serve. unfortunately this hospital has none. just waiting for enough evidence to expose the management, i can not tolerate officials to destroy our beautiful country like the way our public hospitals and clinic do.

This place pathetic. After ever 2hour they call a name. The only thing they say is wait. It's now 07:28am and same of the nurses is busy drinking coffee. Same that must start at 07:00am they are still walking in.

Do not go to this hospital. My friend was made to wait outside in the rain for hours waiting to see a doctor. She had chest pains, the one side of her body was numb but because she had a cough and fever they decided she had covid and did not deserve treatment. She stood in the rain for hours and after midnight a doctor came out and briefly listened to her chest and sent her home. She is asthmatic and standing in the cold and rain has her now bordering pneumonia. An ambulance brought her there and she had no way home, so standing unsheltered in the cold and rain was her only option. These people have no care or love for what they do. This place is inhumane. Never go there.

If I could give this place a half a star for their poor service the name day hospital says it all bt they need to ad more on to the name like a day and night hospital becoz u sit and wait for hours to be helped... This is a place I dnt want to end up at or visit really becoz of their services I really they improve some day or one day hopefully

Not organized enough and time management is not an option

HORRIBLE SERVICE, PHONE RINGS NONE STOP. MY AUNT IS AT HOSPITAL ABOUT TO GO INTO A COMA AFTER BEING STABBED IN THE HEAD TWICE BLEEDING ALL OVER THE PLACE AND NO ONE IS HELPING OR TRYING TO ASSIST HER. WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE DO YOU PROVIDE EXACTLY. THIS STAR WAS ONLY GIVEN FOR MY COMPLAINT TO COME THROUGH.

Loadshedding caused major delays for all patients. But the doctors still managed to assist most patients
