Plett Tourism Plettenberg Bay, Western Cape

This Info centre does really, really well at hiding itself from the public. Why have an info centre that mainly visitors who are not from that area use when the signage is so utterly missing ? Then you will need to climb may steps to eventually find the shop too. Not impressed, not at all. In fact, rather visit the large new The Market Square on Beacon way. There is a small private info centre. Accessible, friendly, helpful and.... right there !

We were at Market Square today in Plett and it was a horrifying experience. I had 2 decidedly DODGE fellows approach me very up close and personal checking out my handbag! There are spotters checking out the people who are happily shopping there. Be vigilant this holiday!

The level of product knowledge is appalling as an international service orientated business. You may as well close the office down and we will look on the internet on our cellphones. I found what I needed on my phone in no time. The women behind the counter at information was fumbling and frankly unknowledgable. Date 13 May 2019.

The lady Emily is a bonus to that place. Without her they can close the doors. Nothing she can't help you with. The other staff sits their too dumb to answer. Have no clue what they are doing

The office is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Need to know something about Plett? They will point you in the right direction.
