The Lookout Deck Restaurant, Lookout Point, Plettenberg Bay

I had a quick bite and a beer at this establishment and was surprised as to the popularity of the place. A live performer singing and entertaining the patrons added to the pleasant experience. The food was very good and the beer was ice cold. I gave a 3 star rating for service only because the cutlery did not include a fork for me. This is, however, excusable as the place was very busy, and the friendly waiters were running up and down trying their best to keep the customers happy. I will be seeing this place again as the experience was enjoyable.

This is a must visit for anyone wanting a beach type lunch. The restaurant is right on the beach front and has amazing views. It was beautiful. Our food was very good and fairly priced. The service was also very good. The waitress often came to check on us. You're able to sit in the deck and eat while the kids play on the beach.Food: 5/5

This place is specialized in seafood Beautiful view Delicious food Friendly stuff When they sow me using my hand removing the prawn shells, they bring me a bowl of water and lemon to wash my hand, that's was nice from the stuff Thank you guys

The owner of the B&B we are staying at recommended this establishment, so we thought it might be a bit overpriced, but it wasn't. My wife and I enjoyed our meal here. We really liked the decor and I wish I could have stayed longer to see what the place looks like at night. All the staff were very friendly and we'll definitely return when we visit Plettenberg Bay again.

Disappointed from start, no parking, waiter took 25min to clear the table we were sitting at. Drinks was out of stock we wanted, so we settled for hunters dry which took 20min and 20min for the bill. We sat patiently only because we waited to check in where we were staying.

Perfectly situated place with awesome view. Food very good especially the Squid heads. There was a live music on the Sunday I was there. Service is good. Though when real busy they may be a little stressed. But again the view changes your mind. There is plenty of seating in and out. Definitely if you are traveling through area, this place is it.

Staff very friendly all round unfortunately I never got our waiter name his short young guy with the top part of his hair dyed blond he was such an awsm waiter there was a bit of a glitch with my brother meal but the Manger sorted it out in no time I would really recommend this place to everyone beautiful view of the ocean while enjoying ur meal . It's our first time at this premises while on holiday in Plettenberg bay and the service was top notch the food was delicious Kid-friendliness: Baby seats available Parking: Very safe as they have people watching the vehicles

Stunning view, great relaxed atmosphere, pretty decent cocktails interesting GnTs and ok service. Wrecked by truly awful 0-star calamari and fries. Soggy batter calamari. Soft-undercooked chips. Oil was surely not hot enough. Maybe skip the food?

What a delightful, entertaining way to spend a Sunday. Brilliant staff, excellent live music and the food is so delicious. We all had different meals and every single dish was exceptional!!!
