A world class wedding venue! Liz, Mike & the staff at Rockhaven were phenomenal in making our wedding day one to remember. They went above & beyond to make sure everything was seamless. Our guests absolutely loved the farm and the amenities were fantastic! From the brand new bridal suite to the on site catering facilities to the honeymoon suite - everything is beautiful! Would highly recommend booking your wedding at this best kept secret.

We had the most magical wedding. Rockhaven recommend professional vendors to help with your special day. I would suggest using the vendors Rockhaven recommends as they have all worked together before and all work well together. The owner, Liz and the wedding coordinator of the venue, Theresa were so happy to help and nothing seemed too much to ask. They have also built the most beautiful bridal suit right next the reception area. This is really helpful if the bride needs to change shoes or go for touch ups.

My granddaughter was married at Rock haven. The setting is beautiful and the reception quite lavish. She used outside caterers who were excellent. Unfortunately crime in that area is rife and whilst the reception was in progress the baby sitter who was looking after all the children in the cottage on the property was held up and all valuables were stolen belonging to bridal family. Rock haven needs to better their security.

Beautiful venue for a wedding. Food was great and service very good. Unfortunately the crime in the area put a huge damper on our wedding as the cottage was robbed while the reception was happening. Young children and nanny were unharmed but all valuables were stolen by 3 black men. Extremely traumatic and terrible way to end the wedding. More security is needed!

Rockhaven is no doubt a gorgeous venue, however our experience there with the owners at a friend’s wedding recently was just horrendous. The major issue was the owners’ total inflexibility and unhelpful, patronising manner. There were a range of really upsetting situations which I will not delve into, below are just two examples: 1. The bride had different people staying in one of the rooms at Frog Cottage on Thursday and Friday I was one of these people. She clearly explained this in advance and asked for a turnover to be done in that room on the Friday as the cleaner was coming in, she was happy to pay extra if necessary and offered to do so. When Friday arrived, the owner made such a fuss about it, claiming she had never heard of it. Ultimately, we ended up changing the sheets ourselves! On top of that, she then charged the bride R200 for bedsheet change! 2. The bride signed a contract allowing us to stay at the venue until 2am. Originally, we were to leave earlier due to COVID restrictions, but as there was not a curfew at the time of the wedding this was no longer a consideration. At around midnight the the DJ asked how long he should play for. Given that there were still many people on the dance floor, the bride suggested that he play until the closing time 01:55. At around 00:30 one of the other owners proceeded to come and SCREAM and SHOUT publicly at the bride that we need to leave by 1 am. When she explained why we were able to be there and referred to the contract in a calm manner, he screamed at her to show him the contract. She pointed out that it was his venue’s contract and after continuing to fight with her publicly and stating that he was a farmer so he didn't know about contracts, he stormed off with no conclusion. He then made no effort to come back and explain anything, which left the bride upset and confused and forced us to finish the wedding an hour early, as well as ended the evening on a sour note. I would highly recommend they get someone else to run the venue if they are unable to provide basic kindness to people and treat their clients better. The behaviour by the owners and additional stress put on my friend and everyone organising throughout the weekend was completely unacceptable, for anyone nevertheless a wedding party.

The most breathtaking venue for a wedding. Liz and Michael are wonderful hosts and the everything was perfectly set up and prepared for. The food was outstanding and Liz ensured that every canape was was perfect. Accommodation in the farm cottages is luxurious. Can't recommend this place enough!

Rock Haven is a place of heaven. It is very unique with tranquility... It is very quiet with not much of a vibe. It is a nice place for those who want a quiet wedding in the COUNTRY SIDE.

Beautiful wedding spot. The owners are very accommodating and will do whatever is needed to make your day a complete success
