I will rather die alone in a small room as to ever come to this hospital again. Today I was assisted by a doctor who takes his time to help people. I wait now exactly 2 hours for pills. Will find a way to complain about this hospital. Please write emails to department of health. This people take way to assist people. This hospital needs to be visited by Department of Health…

The worst service ever l witnessed a woman suffering in pain in the queue nurses passing not even asking. A man came groaning and rolling on the floor in so much pain but no one assisted. They even have a chart on walls with colours mentioning emergency attending but it’s all just wall decorations. People can even die in the queues at this hospital. Besides doing the right public service where is the heart of these nurses and workers.

I've been here since morning either septic csection wound.Still waiting for my file to be given to me so I can see a doctor it's been 3hours now and I have a 4week old baby with me!This place is ridiculous seriously

A really poor excuse for a hospital. And don't try phoning!

Disappointing and disheartening. Hospital staff do not care about the patients suffering around them. Covid testing station is incompetent and in itself a danger to one's health. On three separate days I came to the hospital seeking a covid test. Everytime they made me wait for hours, giving me false hope by saying "nurses are on their way", "their lunchbreak just ended", etc. After hours of waiting they would tell me that they aren't testing today or that I should've filled out a form when I arrived. Approximately 15 - 20 of us waited at the hospital everyday, the nurses were made aware by the security guard that we were waiting for them but they simply neglected us. They could've at least been upfront and honest with us and told us that they do not have the capacity or competence to administer tests. Many staff members did not care about the sick patients around them and took off their masks and smoked, blowing fumes at the already strained bodies of these suffering humans. It is not only the hospital's fault though. The crooked politicians that run this country neglect the public health care system while they themselves receive the best private treatment. It is time that these hypocrites take responsibility for the suffering that they cause.

Pathetic service! What's the point of having a emergency room if they don't help people with serious emergencies! No doctors on site only one nurse and line of 20 people.

Worst service ever.After sitting here for 4 hours last night I had to come back today well I've been here for 5hours already and when asking the staff they just tell you to wait, still sitting here and its very apparent to me that all emergency staff has gone on lunch. All at once...this is ridiculous.

Really bad service. People can die here because of doctors that don't care and nurses don't go the extra mile to save a life

Very unprofessional with no one to ask for advice. You will wait for hours and hours to be helped even if you are the first to arrive. Some of the doctors who helped me were rude. And every time I asked a question from a random doctor their reply was “well this is a government hospital”. That’s not on. The nurses and doctors should be working together and act professionally and not blame the government for the lack of organization. I was EXTREMELY unhappy with the service and do not recommend this to others.

Went here to enquire about malaria screening. Two staff redirected us to emergency and said to please ask the nurses. We did as we were told and the nurses were so unbelievably rude! I find it disgraceful that healthcare professionals with such horrific attitudes are allowed to interact with people on this level. Needless to say, on top of being horrible people, they were also unhelpful people...we received no answers and only unhelpful screeching. Please do better.
