Dr Danie Schneider

Exceptional doctor that provides an objective opinion - no frills attached. The team at reception is just as lovely, taking care of your needs and explaining all necessary details answering your questions even before you ask them. I have found so many doctors' offices to be cold, as if you're just another number. Having done my research beforehand, I can say that I am more than happy with my decision choosing Dr Schneider as my gynecologist.

While Dr Schneider is apparently a good doctor, his accountant Elsa is unfortunately neither helpful nor friendly - although she acts as if she was a fully qualified MD. To get approval from Discovery for an intervention, Discovery asked for a motivational letter from Dr Schneider. Elsa the accountant who is dealing with the medical schemes refused to help or pass the request on. She said Discovery has only unqualified staff, they must call her the accountant and she will explain to them why the intervention was necessary. Not sure if this is part of the job description of an accountant to give medical advice to the "unqualified" staff at Discovery.

Good day everyone.. I must say this is an amazing Doctor . Not just a Doctor but he looks after you like you are his daughter. I had the worst pregnancy from hypertension to diabetes. Not once did Dr Schneider made me ever felt like I could be in danger with my baby. He just wonderful. Would recommend him anytime. May God bless him.. Thank you

Truly a great doctor. Explains everything extremely well and always makes sure you are comfortable with the choices that are being made. It has been a privilege to have him as my doctor through my pregnancy.

What an amazing gyne! My gyne was unfortunately away for the weekend and Dr. Schneider had to stand in for her when I went into labour on Saturday, 7 December 2019 @ 11.30am. I didn't know him at all. He made me feel so at ease and explained my procedures very patiently. Then my husband came in and met Dr. Schneider for the first time, as he had to sort out my file for me. Then Dr. Schneider explained everything all over again to my husband, with so much love and patience. He made us trust him 100% because his explanations were so thorough. The best part of all was the actual birthing / labour. He knew we wanted natural birth. He was the biggest cheerleader and motivator ever! If it wasn't for his positivity and drive @ 11pm at night, I wouldn't have been able to have a natural birth with my 37 week old babatjie who came 3 weeks too early. He was just unbelievable. My baby daughter didn't need to go to ICU, she was perfectly healthy, her lungs were perfect! Thanks you Dr. Schneider, you were a blessing to myself and my husband. We will always remember this birthing experience. I would recommend Dr. Schneider to any mom and dad. You are in safe hands. Regards, Angelique Human
