The service was just amazing! We were ushered in from the gate. Welcomed by Gugu and looked after by Dudu and Nokwanda. They were so professional and tentative to our every need. Even served us freshly squeezed juice. I walked out of there feeling brand new. The hyperli voucher was worth every penny. Will definitely be back ladies. Thank you!

Got Hyperli vouchers, I must admit it was false advertising. Firstly I had to hound the owner for confirmation regarding my appointment. I called the landline which was answered unprofessionally to which I was advised to send a WhatsApp to get a booking. Long story short, appointment day comes. The welcome drink was offered however my mother and aunt did not get the chance to drink it as they were rushed into the massage room. Also, on Hyperli they had said they’d receive a manicure and pedicure which never occurred, all they got was a massage for 1H15min. My experience with this establishment from the onset was poor. I gave it 2 stars only because my mother and aunt thoroughly enjoyed the massage, other than that. It’s a no from me.

I bought a voucher through Hyperli , where they state their working hours a Tuesday to Sunday . I sent a message to the merchant requesting this coming Sunday for an appointment and the response was that they can only accommodate me on Saturday. I then advised that my Saturdays are swamped so they can provide me with an alternate Sunday with an open slot. I did not get a response , to which I called . Upon my call and realizing that Saturday's are not available for me she then put me on hold and came back saying that I could still come this Sunday at 12pm .Upon our agreement I asked which branch they were in seeing as to there are two . She said I could go to any but she would have to confirm with Fourways if they have a slot, she later responded to say Fourways branch only does events on Sundays. I had no problem with this and told her I would go to the Bramley branch as per our initial agreement. Only for her to now tell me no one will be available...I reminded her about our original appointment and what must I do now...I received no response. Why misrepresent trading hours on Hyperli and include Sundays when they know they do not open on Sundays...Had I known this , I wouldn't have even bothered to purchase this voucher as I know I use my Sundays as Spa day?

Worst massage experience ever. Please don't waste your money here. 'Massage therapist' arrived late and did a HORRIBLE job, we waited for over 30min before starting and honestly wouldn't go back even if they paid me. Noisy unruly environment, unproffessional staff. Just not worth it at all.

What a disappointing experience. The address seems to have changed and this was never communicated when I made a booking for my friends and I. During the week, I tried to call the number listed for the place and it did not go through. Tried another number on Thursday and still nothing. Eventually on Friday I receive a WhatsApp text from owner confirming the booking and finally I was relieved. Saturday arrives and we make our way to the spa, we arrive at the gate and rang the bell, nothing. 5 minutes pass and still nothing. Eventually I text her and gives me a new address. The new address was nothing like the pics loaded. The place is in a really dodgy place and two very small. The staff looked unhappy. No welcome drinks were offered and the general hygiene of the place is appalling. I would definitely never go back to this place ever again.

Great hospitality, the team is very organised. Very nice starters, you can bring own alcohol. Very nice table set up outside. Great value for money. We were team of 5 & we all enjoyed our experience, foot exfoliation really good.

Their hospitality was outstanding. And they treated us right and made us feel welcome and the massage was also good but a training for the staff with regard to giving good massages could help. My friends and I had a great time.

They have good customer service but they can improve on their surroundings and they can had different color gowns and towels which seems a bit disorganized. White towels and gowns are best. But besides that it's a nice place to relax.
