StayEasy Hotel - Century City Canal Walk

The staff are amazing. The rooms were clean. Can recommend. Unfortunately we had to get Uber eats for food because the food service they have don't work on weekends. Staff get 5/5 though. Super friendly and always happy to help.

Breakfast was not bad it's edible, cleaning staff very lazy as they don't change bedding, don't clean sleeper couch, 1toilet roll after cleaning, no coffee in the room & always questioning our room requests. Poor service shem, Rustenburg was way betterRooms: 2/5

This is a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. It is also nice because it's 1 minute walk to canal walk mall. I'd go back there at anytime

Very small rooms. A bit noisy. Clean. Aircon need upgrades. Not bad but not great. Also no water in room and only 2 milk pods. Asked for more and was given 4. That is the max they allowed to giveRooms: 3/5

It was a 5 star experience. The location was very central. It was safe comfortable and very peaceful. Our host songezo was very helpful and kind.Rooms: 5/5

I give them two star only because the place is clean but the rest was not not satisfactory.... the room is small , not extra blanket and had to sleep with extra clothes .... for dinner they don't cater for vegan / vegetarian and in the room there is no fridge .... and to make matter worse the staff are not friendly .... I will not be using this hotel again or recommend it to anyone .

Such an easy stay.... Close to Canal walk. Easy to get to. Great breakfast and the dinner / lunch boxes supplied by Quattros is outstanding. Rooms: Big enough comfort Nearby activities: Lots of shops and restaurants. You can even go for a run or walk. Safety: Very safe Food & drinks: Amazing breakfast

I give this a 5 star rating simply foe one employee Sibusiso Dyasi. He has gone an extra mile for making our stay pleasurable from assisting us ladies with repairs to a broken bag, to providing directions to a lost bolt driver and waiting with us to make sure that we board the correct vehicles, to getting milk when the coffee machine had none, and assisting with a room that had no side table. None of this is even in his job description. The rest of the staff are aloof and not approachable. The hotel is in a good location. If its a place where u simply need a bed and shower then, it suffices.

Room level 5 has the best shower. In the whole hotel, especially if you are tall. Excellent hotel otherwise.

Definitely not value for money. TV channels very blurry, shower badly needs upgrade, breakfast selection too little, noisy neighbour at 11h45pm. Not what I expected from Tsogo Sun.Rooms: 2/5
