Hotel Granger Bay Cape Town, Western Cape

We used the hotel for a conference and were really impressed with the food and service from the staff. It's a really great location, right near the waterfront and green point. The outside deck is really amazing too, and a nice place to relax. I can't comment on the rooms since I never check them out, but I'm sure they are of a high standard. They are quite overpriced for locals which is worth noting.

I recently spent a week at this hotel and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. The location is fantastic, the staff is well-staffed and provided amazing hospitality. I particularly appreciated the free transportation to the waterfront. The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean, and the amenities were wonderful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay incredibly comfortable. Special shoutout to the drivers who always made the ride more enjoyable than the destination itself. I also want to mention Manfred, Rock, and Davey who I enjoyed speaking with as I entered and left the hotel. I truly felt appreciated and cared for during my stay. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future because of the exceptional staff that always made my day better. Much love to this hotel!

Stunning Location. Beautiful Energy. Though I didn't stay in a room, I did enjoy the restaurant and outdoor entertainment area. I loved the fact that there was a Live DJ, playing groovy hits. The sunset was picturesque, and the drinks were beautifully presented. Overall Stunning experience. I'd definitely go there again and even stay over.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront in Cape Town, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and Table Mountain were breathtaking, making every moment picturesque. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, providing utmost comfort. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a delight, with delicious cuisine and excellent service. The location was perfect, with easy access to the V&A Waterfront. Overall, a perfect blend of luxury and convenience – highly recommended!

I was part of a conference hosted there, and it was a great venue. The service was excellent and the food was gourmet. The conference rooms are built well, the sound is perfect throughout the room, I was at the back and heard clearly. The venue is located just off the water, so it’s a magnificent view when you take a lunch and tea break. A bit thanks to the hosts Bukeke and Tamara Nearby activities: The VnA waterfront is close by with many activities. And the promenade is around the corner too where you can walk to your hearts delight. Safety: The area is quite safe, there are car guards employed by the hotel around the area too. Walkability: It’s a bit far out of the way. You can walk it during the day. But I would not recommend at night. Food & drinks: There is a restaurant on site as well as catering available.

Spectacular location and honeymoon suite! We spent our 6-night honeymoon at Radisson Blu Cape Town Waterfront and had an amazing experience. The location is unbeatable - right on the V&A Waterfront with incredible views of the harbor, and we even saw dolphins from our two-bedroom suite! The suite itself was spacious and trendy, perfect for a romantic getaway. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and thanks to my Radisson loyalty program membership, we were even upgraded to a suite! The only thing to note is that the service could be a bit slow at times. However, the staff was always friendly and apologetic, and the overall experience was so positive that it wasn't a major issue. I highly recommend Radisson Blu Cape Town Waterfront for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Cape Town!

We’ll be coming back. The location is close to the waterfront although we were advised not to walk back alone at night and the boardwalk. We had a fabulous view of the sunset. The gym and sauna are good, although the hot tub is tepid. The highlights were the breakfast buffet and the very helpful and proactive breakfast staff. And Davy was eager to please and obliging when we needed anything. Nandi at the front desk was welcoming and helped us find solutions to a couple of issues.

Genuinely impressed with this place. I came in late night off of over 24 hours of travel Desmond took care of all my bags and made sure I was comfortable getting down to the internal restaurant. The prawn risotto and some champagne was a perfect way to settle down before bed. First thing this morning Busi Bolo helped me get the perfect window seat for a private breakfast. This is my welcome to Africa and I am so impressed with how kind and attentive the staff is to everyone. Highly recommend!

Definitely a 5 star facility Everyone very friendly and helpful. Had excellent included breakfast buffet with lots of selection including cook to order eggs, etc. The room was very large with sitting area and large double sink bathroom and separate tub and shower area. Oh and we had a patio and a large area overlooking the view of the ocean. They also have a free shuttle that runs to a nearby large mall. All in all a very satisfying experience.

We arrived on Friday for our family trip. When we arrived we were assisted by Gary, Andy and Davy. We were welcomed with Drinks and our luggage was taken to our room. Our stay was memorable. The staff is very friendly. The chefs, waiters and housekeeping staff. We had people like Eloise, Nono, David, Chris, Lunga and Cindy that are very dedicated to their work and super friendly. They helped us with ease. The hotel is located at the perfect spot, we really enjoyed our sea view. Our room was spacious and accommodated us, our main reason for our trip was for Father’s Day and which we enjoyed the buffet. Rooms: We used a family room. It was big enough, it accommodated us. Nearby activities: There’s a mall, Aquarium, lots of restaurants, markets oh there’s a lot. Walkability: The hotel is located in a lot of places that you can walk to. Food & drinks: The food is good and they offer variety. The drinks you have a lot of options.
