Swartland Hospital Malmesbury.

So so dissapointed. The most pathetic hospital i have ever been too. Labour ward poor services the way staff speaks to patients. Signed my daughter out of that hospotal and brought her to Paarl hspt. WHAT A STUNNING PLACE....friendly staff and my son can be with his wife when she gives labour. Unfortunatly i have to rate before i can review. But swartland hspt does not even deserve a star. SHAME ON YOU

Once again we are proven right, Swartland Hospital Staff just don't pay attention to detail.Families have to wait for hours in the waiting room without any communication regarding there love ones only to find out afterwards that they have been allocated to a ward for overnight observation .

Second time i visit. Again the staff are no where to be see. Screening and files staff no where. Appear for one person and are gone again. I am coming to remove a cast on my arm and must wait with covid patients. Ridiculous.

Poor, almost no service at the emergency area. I'm sitting here for an hour now and only completed the screening documentation. Seems there is only 1 dr on dutybecause in the hour that i'm here only 2 patients were seen. Certainly won't recommend this hospital.

This hospital is supposed to be a state-of-the-art hospital after the healthcare facility was destroyed by fire in March 2017. Why is there nobody on the switchboard to answer the phones?

Sitting with a child with a temperature of over 40 running a fever none stop and no assistance here what is the purpose of a emergency unit when no one is there to assist with an emergency

I just wanted to take a minute to tell you about my experience at your facility on the 5July i was in Abbotsdale and suddenly fell ill.I was admitted to Swartland hospital.the two abulance assistant did an awesome job transporting me to hospital.I was treated so well and my experience with the doctors and nurses was amazing.Being from Capetown that made me fell welcome and comfortable.Your hospital was amazing.The nurses were attentive and helpful.The doctors did an outstanding job i was discharge on 7Jul.I cannot compliment the staff of "Vroue kindersaal"Swartland hospital enough.And i wanted to make sure I was able to tell you all how wonderful it truly was you made me feel very special. I am very sick,And l have been here since 8:30 now its 1:10.I have been waiting to see the doctor for the past 4 hours,This is totally wrong,Your service is very low,The waiting room is full and nothing is moving,Please try to help people as fast as you can?
