Arizona Motor Vehicle Division

Need a notarized letter you own the vehicle, this one won't work, this one says it's yours but doesn't state it was sold to you, we can't accept this one. I hate this office I followed every request and every single time they changed their mind about what they wanted, how it has to be worded. Horrible experience

I had to check a star to post my review. I went in to register a car I just bought. The lady told me that she couldn't help me and that I had to contact the person that I got it from and have him there. Long story short I went all the way back down to phx for nothing ( it was an open title). It literally took 5 mins and didn't need the guy but he took time out to meet me at the DMV there anyway. My husband and I lost a days pay for nothing. Don't waste your time here.

I stopped by today for the registration on my car. They were very helpful. I had 3 people ahead of me and I was seen in 15 minutes. A few months ago I went to the flagstaff DMV for a car that I bought. I must have waited 2 hours just to be seen. This one is so much better.

Horrible customer service. The lady up front is completely worthless, giving attitude to everyone. Typical Nazi government worker! Don't go here! Went to Flagstaff and had no problem at all, where Winslow said I had to fill out other paperwork Flagstaff did not make me. Don't go here!!
