I STOOD, yes stood in line for over an hour to switch a title. As I was finally 2nd in line, I watched the window clerk area. 3 MVD staff stared at their computer apparently working on other tasks as myself and others eagerly waited to be helped. This continued for 14 minutes, yes 14 minutes! Only 2 clerks actually had people with them. I will do my business at footworks from now on, even though the price is a little higher at least they respect the publics time and offers a chair for sitting. This new system is ridiculous

I, and a group of approximately 10 other people, took a number and sat to wait to be called. After an hour of waiting, we noticed that people who had come in after us were being called. First, I approached the desk to ask if something was wrong, why this small group was not being called. I was snapped at, "we're busy wait your turn". Another 30 minutes and someone else from this group went up to ask the same question. They too were scolded without the desk person even looking up, much less into the problem. A third, then fourth person inquired, all being angrily responded to without so much as looking at the number they were holding or asking what we were there for. Finally, after 4 HOURS of waiting, 4 HOURS, and various people approaching the desk, they began to call each one of us in more rapid succession. So, it turns out that someone from the desk had screwed up and made the computer skip to pass over all of our numbers, just picking up 10 numbers later, calling all the folks who came after us. No one we asked so much as lifted their head from what they were doing until 4 HOURS had passed and closing time was near. Others who had come after us were taken care of and long gone with their business handled. NOT ONE SINGLE APOLOGY FROM ANY EMPLOYEE AT THIS BUILDING! NOT ONE AKNOWLEDGMENT OF THEIR MISTAKE AT OUR COST. All you need to be is a reasonable human being to give a quick apology for such a ridiculous and incompetent move, yet NOT ONE was forthcoming, even from the manager. I cannot believe my taxes just paid for me to be treated with such utter disregard and total incompetence. I could have done this job in the 4rth grade yet it seems only a 1rst grade education and function knowledge of human decency is required at this location (sorry 1rst graders, you're actually much more competent). Next time I'll drive over an hour to Prescott because it'll be quicker.

The clerk, Wendy, was very friendly and professional. The instructor, Carol, was also friendly and professional. All the process was quick and easy.

My husband and I went into the Cottonwood MVD office last week to get a new title a new registration for his classic truck.We had to leave state to another state for a family emergency.His truck is to be driven back since it has been in the shop for a while.We open the registration and noticed the women gave us January 2018 tags instead of January 2019 tags.Also found out the tags were only good in Az for 5 days after we got them.Husband called the Cottonwood branch to let know of this mistake,we asked them to please just send the correct tags we paid for to our address of record and we'll have someone send the tags to us when they come in.The MVD staffer to told him they couldn't do that over the phone and we would've to drive all the way back to Az just to correct their mistake and a huge one at that.

Organized and ok service.
Totally pleased with the convenience of using the on line renewal of vehicle registrations.
