Arizona Motor Vehicle Division

I have been a long time resident since 1992 here in Flagstaff, AZ. I have ALWAYS had a great interaction despite the negative condensation associated with it. Stay positive, they are people just like you doing their best. And i think they do a great job, if your frustrated with having to wait in line, then schedule an on-line appointment it really works! :) I want to give a shout out to the staff and the greeter named Miss Faye for helping me obtain a new drivers license in under 15 minutes!!!

Pleasant, fast & efficient! Expected long, slow wait, did NOT happen. Greeter , super helpful idea to get you headed in the correct direction

The best and quickest visit ever! I was in and out in 14minutes. I had to get a change of address driver's license, no line, no wait. Same photo, paid $12 & I was out the door with my paper copy. This MVD has come a long way from long lines and precious time being wasted. Loved it.

Improved way beyond than what I was expecting. Last time here it took way too long but now, wham bam, in and out depending on what you are there for.

Staff is so busy trying to be rude to customers that they can not get their job done right! I am going back for the 4th time to get a simple registration fixed. I was given different paperwork to fill out each time i went back. The Supervisors (who have a worse attitued problem) have no problem watching their staff struggle while they stand back an ACT like a leader. MVD need to reteach their employees how to help the public Correctly!
