Prescott Motor Vehicles Department

The state is raking in the dough for all types of DMV fees, YET, they do not hire enough people to work as DMV clerks, so something simple like a change of address takes over an hour of standing in line, no chairs. AZ government fails again. Hire more people.

Funny how government offices consistently have a less than average approval rating on Google maps.......it's almost like they don't care about anything except that retirement date......I guess they feel entitled to treat people poorly and with disregard while they collect a paycheck from the funds we all pay to their office....

Dealing with the desk guys was very easy and pleasant. The old lady I talked to about using my motorcycle class indorsement from another state she was up most rude. Told me twice with a smirk, "people that want a motorcycle endorsement have a motorcycle for the test". Told her I did twice but I took a class but was couple years old and from a different state. She had another rude reply about I had to have a local class indorsement. I told her that's fine I can take another class. What I don't have to do is ever use this Place again. She also told me rudely how I have to sit str8 up in our conversation. In such a rude manner. I work for a living which means majority of my job I am hunched over. I don't have a desk job that allows me to belittle people and act like I am an authoritarian. You're a receptionist with a vile attitude. Just glad you are wears away from death so not many more people have to 'deal' with your being much longer.

Recently moved to PV, obtaining licenses for my family and I was expertly done on two occasions... My complements to the two different very knowledgeable administrators, they saw to it my motorcycle designation was transferred. It took less than 20 minutes on both occasions 2 persons each time... Major Kudos...

The younger guy at the front counter was very rude. We came to get my sisters permit and he asked her if she studied and she said yes, he said are you sure, she said yes so he said very snobby, yeah we'll see. Then my mom went to ask him a question and stood there for a good 5 minutes and he completely ignored her. Until she said something and then he rudely said WHAT?! You really should consider hiring nicer people to run the front desk. I have a problem with them every time I am here.
